Returns & Exchanges

At Happythreads, we want you to love your new look, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for easy returns or exchanges. Please ensure items are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn, unwashed garments back into their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
